Absolutely no customer service or satisfaction at all, after countless messages The owner kindly decided to respond and inform me that the voucher I had bought and paid for with CASH just prior to lockdown was not able to be used when we tried to book it. Not good business practice in my eyes especially as it was a gift for a young girl who would probably have gone on to spend more money on future courses. Enjoy the free £200.
My wife loved here experience there. Such a chill out atmosphere. Worth treating your wife for a bit of pampering.
