   I have been coming here on and off since 2006. I have lived all over the UK but keep coming back here. They quality is like nowhere else, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Of course Holly is the best and nothing is too little or too much for her to do.

   I went to get BIAB nails done by Holly. I’ve never had a bad experience here and they’re always friendly however this time was quite different. I came in with a design, it was very rushed and not exactly what I asked for. The biab was flat on some fingers and uneven on others. My ends of my nails were also lifted. I paid £65 for a full set of biab which on the price chart is priced at £40. I went in today to ask if they could fix and they said they’d just add an extra layer of biab which wouldn’t solve the lifting problem and would just make it chunkier. She said if I want a new set I’d have to pay which would be about another £50. I got them removed and had to pay another £10, they also cut my skin and it bled but no apologies there. So £75 spent and no nails. Would not recommend for biab.

   Me and my mum have been coming here for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The nail techs always do a fantastic job, even when you show a picture of your desired nails they go above and beyond to match it.

   The guy who did my nails was incredibly rude. Ignored me and made me feel stupid when I asked for longer nails but cut them anyway. Cut underneath my fingers filing and kept wiping blood as though I wouldn’t notice and kept smacking my hand and fingers with his nail file. Nails were not what I asked for and looked horrible. Friend had a similar experience a few weeks ago with the same man. Would not go here again or recommend it as I contacted the salon to let them know I was upset with the way I was treated and how my nails turned out and I was ignored so clearly they think this is acceptable behaviour. With the exception of this man I’ve never had a problem here but the way he treats people is absolutely disgusting and is clearly a persistent issue. £30 for poorly done and way shorter than I asked for nails and sore hands from the cuts, ended up getting them removed and done elsewhere. Also worth noting that the nail file that cut me was not disposed of so I dread to think about his hygiene standards in general.
