   Very bad customer service when requesting a refund/exchange after they sent me a FAULTY product. 2 abayas I ordered costing me a total of $95 both arrived with a horrible chemical smell that I could not get out. I washed them multiple times, put them out in the sun for days, even dry cleaned them and the scent was still there. Customer service had a nasty attitude and paid $8 dollars per dress to have it dry cleaned. I told her I would like to exchange it since she would not give me a full refund and she did not honor that. Never buying from this company again & I was not surprised at all of these horrible reviews. Sad that this is an Islamic clothing company with dishonest customer service.

   Love the abaya coat really comfy and good quality and looks very elegant The blue trouser co ord was abit big for me so maybe I could have sized down and when folded at the waist it’s abit uncomfy so reserved for special occasions and it does tend to crease quickly so not for casual wear I have to say I personally really like this company I visited once due to an emergency situation of buying a thobe on the day of a wedding (not for me) and I was unsure of what size to get and the guy said I could take two to try which was really nice and proved they are genuine! I did just end up choosing one and it was the right choice and still gets complimented in conversations

   Ordered farsha butterfly abaya in size 50 on a 24hr tracked delivery . Arrived within 2days and must say quality was really good . First time ordering online as I’m sceptical as I like to shop in person . Will be ordering again soon . Thankyou to the team at hawaa

   I bought lots of modal hijabs and a jersey one, the quality is so good I love the material and colours that I ordered !!!!! Delivery was super quick I am UK based and I got them within 2 days, fast and efficient. I definitely recommend and I will definitely be buying know from Hawaa!!!!

   Bought 3 closed abayas and one hijab. Opened one abaya pack and the item was damaged with threads loose and the hijab has black marks on it. Now I want to return everything. I tried emailing three times, messaging on Instagram and writing comments and not a single person has replied. I’m thinking this is a scam company and I’ve lost over £100!! Shocking. How do I get a refund?

   Received a Faulty abaya with marks and holes in it. It had a faded stain down the front and a small black mark too, poor quality on the left arm from the shoulder to the wrist with tiny holes in the material the whole way down the arm. All emails were ignored. Only when I published a poor review after multiple emails were ignored did I receive a response on the same site (not their own website as they didn’t publish my review on their website) saying that they would look into it. Never heard anything again after that. Very poor communication. Almost a month on and no refund or response to email. Wouldn’t recommend based on terrible communication and very poor customer service.
