   Amazing service! I was offered a hot drink while getting my nails done, which was such a lovely touch. I had an appointment and was seen promptly. The staff were very friendly and I got exactly what I asked for in terms of nail design. The receptionist was so welcoming, and the pedicure itself was very relaxing—although I do wish the massage lasted a bit longer as it felt quite quick. The only downside was that the salon was quite cold, so I had to keep my coat on the whole time. That said, the salon is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely my new go-to salon. Thank you so much!

   Absolutely horrid experience! I popped in to have some acrylics soaked off - NEVER AGAIN! Staff were ruder than rude. It was almost as if the woman serving me thought she may catch something the way she man handled my hands. I was not given any instruction on what to do, was just grunted at and hands shoved into the removal solution. There was no aftercare nail polish given, and i can still see acrylic gel and the original polish used. I'm pretty sure that staff openly talk about customers behind their backs amongst themselves, as I heard the same woman barking at a customer who had phoned in, and then conversing with colleagues. Manners cost absolutely nothing!

   Customer service is shocking no hello no goodbye, I observed one staff member ignoring her customer and spoke to her rudely this use to be a lovely salon a couple of years ago the staff was lovely the two girls that work there are rude with no customer service skills. Talking and laughing In their own language is very rude when they are suppose to interacting with there customer. My nails chipped after 2 days, maybe if you concentrated on your customer rather than laughing and joking with each other in your own language mistakes wouldn't be made, I will not be retuning to this nail salon again

   Well. I would suggest you don't go there if you are going on holiday the next day for a start. I had my manicure and pedicure with shellac done on 17th January for a fly cruise the next day. I couldn't believe it when i looked at my nails at the airport to see most of them chipped. I had no time for any manual work of any kind. I had to pay on the cruise to have them redone after a few days as they got to be a right mess within a few days. I returned to the salon today with photos and was told that I should have come back the next day to complain and they would not accept the fact that a cruise prevented me from returning to them. I have digital photographs with dates as proof but they wouldn't budge on their stance. Never again.
