The staff were kind and welcoming, but unfortunately I wasn’t fully satisfied with the service. My nails were not as clean and even as I had hoped — some were slightly uneven and the finish could have been neater. I appreciate their effort, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.

I’ve been going to Pretty Woman for my haircuts and colour, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else! Louise is absolutely brilliant at what she does and really listens to what I want, and always gets it just right. On top of that, her prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of work she does. She’s also such a lively, fun person to be around, which makes every visit really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic salon! I recommend Pretty Women to everyone i meet! I’ve been to a few places and found this one to give the best customer service, the prices are great in fact they are amazing for the quality of the cuts, service, dyes, atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism :)
We heard good things about "pretty woman" but the woman who cut my girlfriends hair didn't know how to professionally cut hair at high standards. Not only is it really uneven and poorly kepted. It was dry and itchy to the touch. She was a nice woman who cut my girlfriend hair. But she wasn't asking what she would like and she cut it way to short when my girlfriend said she didn't want it that short. Not only did she not listen she burnt her ear with the hair straighteners. Really disappointed as next week is our 1 year anniversary and we are going to London. If you want to save your money don't come here. Ps she also said the wrong price we was told it was 17 pounds over the phone and it actually was 14 pounds. If your going to be professional at lease remember your bleeding prices for your clients. DO NOT COME HERE.
Took my 3 year old daughter for a quick fringe tidy up and to have a little taken off the back ready for when she goes back to nursery. Very good and professional service and at a really good price. I’d highly recommend and will definitely be taking her back for future trims.
