First time using Pretty little polish. My daughter had French acrylic’s done on her toes this morning , Emily was professional and did a fantastic job! My daughter is super happy! She can’t wait to get booked in again. Thank you Emily
Yesterday I cancelled my nail appointment at PLP 4.5 hrs before the appointment as I was at the hospital with my daughter because of an earlier opticians appointment. They said she had inflammation behind her eyes and gave us an urgent appointment to the Eye Department. Next week she has a lumber puncture due to their concerns. We left A&E at 10pm and had arrived there at 11am. PLP said I still had to pay the full amount of £36 as I did not give them 24hrs notice and this was their policy. I booked it around 8am that morning. I have been going there for over 2 years and I’ve never been late or missed an appointment, I explained this and they didn’t care and kept on about their policy. Previously, they have called me and brought appointments forward and they have passed me on to another technician when the owner had to leave. I never made it an issue. I am disgusted with their treatment of me and obviously won’t be going back. It’s really sad that good customer service is going downhill in the UK!

Not impressed if any of my friends go to Pretty Little Polish do not get your nails done my Emily, I got my nails done on Friday 29th then returned on Saturday 30th as they was not right she filed them and repainted them, then on the 4th 1 nail popped off and my another was hanging off I came back on 5th to see if they could be fixed but you couldn't fit me in only at a time that I couldn't do as I was working it's now cost me another £33 to have them fixed but they said I'm lucky I got them sorted as the acrylic was not sealed to my nail properly it just chipped off the rest of my nails alls I wanted refund as paying £68 for my nails within a week is not fair on me ? She has nor refused my refund and said its though I went else where !!!! As response to the owner I was offered a 2pm appointment to soak of the nails bit had to work and couldn't do this time but the shop feels the need to text me saying I'm blackmailing them by wanting a refund no other solution was offered they platy the victim yet its me who had to pay to get my nails redone NO AFTER CARE SERVICE ATALL defimation of carictor lol you are as good as your last customer and consumer rights mean nothing disgusting service
wonderful place, very friendly and attentive staff, I got my eyebrows and eyelashes with Hayley I loved the result of her work.
Always get my nails done here and Sammi takes pride and care in her work. Will not going anywhere else! Xxx
