   I booked an appointment with Faye on four separate occasions and paid a deposit each time. Unfortunately, she failed to attend any of the scheduled appointments. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have yet to receive a refund for the deposits paid. This experience has been both disappointing and unprofessional.

   Very unprofessional, walked in she was just yapping away with others and she came up to me and just put the numbing cream near my lips??? I said I'm not here for lips?? Absolutely ridiculous, she doesn't take her time at all to look at what your even there for and the botox was unbelievable she didn't even mark it or look she just goes you booked for one area and started injecting my forehead and when finished I said I wanted it for my frown lines she goes oh you'll have to book another area for that??? Maybe just do that in the first place coz that's what I came for??? Each client u might aswell go 5 hours early as she talks so much and doesn't even look to see that her appointments are getting so delayed, I had to wait 30 mins after my booked time honestly appalling customer service and very unprofessional

   Faye is amazing at what she does, iv had amazing and top quality services every single time and to top it off a friendly chat! It's like speaking to someone iv known years when i come to see Faye for her treatments. Faye completely transformed my face by dissolving some previously migrated filler (done elsewhere) and gave me my confidence back with my lips again! Thank you, you're the best of the best and I wouldn't ever go anywhere else for my lips again! ❤️
