   First time getting laser hair removal done, and I have nothing but regret, disappointment and sadness. Maria told me that her laser machine was soprano ice titanium. I went in for a consultation believing that the machine she has was a soprano. I paid for 12 sessions and ended up realising a few sessions in that she had lied about her machine. Her machine is a completely different brand from what she claims. Whilst going for my session, she ended up burning my face and leaving a scar. She would do my arms and legs within 10 minutes and I don’t think it should have been that quick. Tried to get a refund on the rest of the sessions, but she said, "We cannot refund as it is a package that you bought, but you can use the balance against other treatments." I don't feel comfortable and happy coming down to your clinic and getting other treatments done by you because you're unprofessional, and you've lied to me. Im sure Maria is good at her other treatments, but if you want to get laser hair done, I advise you to not get it done at this clinic. Down below that is the machine she uses for laser hair removal.

   Left very disappointed by the treatment. Booked a Hydrofacial a week before Eid as part of the promotion. Therapist was nice and friendly. Treatment was done in around 20 minutes and nothing like what is shown on the socials.
