   100% wouldn’t recommend this agency. Had the worst experience of customer service from one of their agents Jerry back in March/April, with him swearing down the phone repeatedly and not upholding his promises. We still got flights but ended up having to settle for what was there last minute. I normally don’t place negative reviews to give people a chance but this was far too bad of an experience to not warn people.

   I was a Customer who used to buy tickets from Skyscanner until I met Rashid @ Sky Fort Travel. The best thing about them and Rashid is I am travelling hassle free, all the details are looked after and then communicated which is the key for travelling. I am pleased that I will be one of there permanent customers. I also urge whoever is reading this that I think they do not have word NO in their Dictionary.    Stay away, scam alert. Fraudulent agency, starting by Jerry and his so called supervisor Simon. Scammed me and my family. Booked a flight and I was sent a confirmation email. After a month decided to contact them to pay off my ticket. Jerry wasn’t picking up my calls anymore. Called the airline who informed me that my tickets was cancelled. They have no tickets for me. Called back the agency and they become really rude and told me 2 weeks ago I will be getting my refunds in 3 working days. After 2 weeks called them again today the so called supervisor, the rudest person on earth shutting on the phone and told me I should take him anywhere I want he will not be doing a refund to me.

   I once bought a ticket from Manchester (UK) to Luanda (Angola). The service was great because the person who was helping me out (Ben) was really patient in giving me all the information I needed before buying the ticket and most importantly the price was extremely cheap compared to the season I was buying. Overall, I have nothing to complain about Sky Fort.
