Don’t go here if you like your eyebrows. I’ve been going to Basma’s for eyebrows for almost 6 years now but will never be going back again. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I asked the woman (dark red lipstick, glasses, smells a little funny) to keep the same thickness of my eyebrows and to keep the same shape. She didn’t listen and was essentially trying to rush me out. She cut me a few times as well, was rude generally, and my eyebrows were so much thinner than before. She tried to say it’s because one eyebrow isn’t ask thick as the other but that’s never been an issue before. She wouldn’t own up to her mistake and kept looking at me blankly like whatever I was saying was going in one ear and out the other, and then tried to blame me for being ‘fussy.’ She never thought she was in the wrong and had a sense of entitlement the whole time. She dismissed me for another customer very quickly.
They behave nicely, with smiling faces.. Do their work wel.. I try faical there, it suits me, Results are amazing.. Always go there for eyebrow upper lips waxing.. Satisfied with the quality of products they use..
Staff are nice. Slightly on pricey side but do a excellent job especially eyebrows and waxing
Basmas is a great place to go for eyebrows and waxing! Staff are friendly and Saniya is great at what she does. I would not go to another salon, really good customer service an makes you feel really comfortable!
I have been visiting Basmas for years and every time I come out with a smile on my face. Saniya is the best at what she does and I would not go anywhere else for my eyebrows! :) xx
