   We have been overwhelmed by the excellent service and care we have received from Liam ,Cameron and Kai at our Manchester TUI branch .Liam has helped us plan and book our upcoming cruise and stay holiday .Liam has guided us through the process ,printed off our boarding passes ,fast track passes ,luggage labels and generally pointed in the right direction. He also advised us on medical insurance and currency .We will definitely be back to book our next cruise with TUI . Thank you all for your excellent customer care .

   I have just booked our second family holiday this year with TUI Market Street Manchester. The Travel adviser Hallie was helpful and informative, she offered me alternatives and gave knowledgeable advice of the places I wanted to travel to. Hallie was then able to give information on excursions which she was able to offer special discounts on. She offered travel insurance and gave me information on when balances needed to be paid and reminded me of the excellent exchange rates available on currency. Hallie then followed up with an email confirming what we had discussed. Will definitely be booking again with TUI Manchester 5 ⭐️

   Dealt with this store a few times. Always has a good atmosphere when you go in and staff are fab. The Manager Liam was involved with our booking as he had first hand tips about Mexico for us. He was great and a real asset to Tui. Will be booking again :)
