I’m a regular customer in Khaadi for a long time.. All items are good, I like there wear more, I like their customer service as well. Specially Shamima is so good. I love her service and politeness
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Khaadi store in Stratford, all thanks to Anjali. She was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. Not only was she polite and warm, but her knowledge of the products was outstanding. She guided me patiently, answered all my questions, and made the whole shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. Anjali is a true asset to the store and someone who clearly takes pride in delivering great customer service. I will definitely be returning to this branch!
Khaadi Stratford really feels like shopping back home. The styles, colors and fabric choices were familiar and comforting. The only disappointment was that there was no sale anywhere in the store
I am obsessed with khadi my favourite before I used to wait to go Pakistan. And go crazy over clothes. But now Stratford khaadi is my new home. And shamima I love her so friendly and helpful she never says no to going upstairs to get my sizes. Love her customer service amazing person
Went in with a friend and found a Kurta with a price of £12 … I was shocked at the price and showed to my friend … she said to buy it as it was agood price and the size was 12 … when I went to pay one of the ladies took the top realised the price was incorrect and took it out the back … I said to the lady that it was size 12 and said £12 on it … she insisted I had given I her size 14 !!! And that it never said £12 …. they obviously didn’t want to honour this price … shows how crafty and how they treat their customers!!!! would not go back
When will this place have the fitting room back? Such a horrible place to shop at. Poor customer service. The queue is long and they just have one till working.
Worst costumer service. I was in the shop since 05:45. They closed the doors and fitting rooms at 05:50 and start shouting and calling by literally shouting at every costumer to make a way to the till. Then the lady at the till literally shout at me at 06:00 saying we are closed and showed me the way out by her hand as if they are literally shoving us out of the shop when I was about to make 2 purchases. But Khaadi has lost a costumer because of their extreme rude and unprofessional staff!
Very poor customer service, the gentleman of African or Afro Caribbean decent was extremely patronising and condescending. Had a very I don’t care and can’t be bothered personality and seemed to walk around the place like he owned it. The colleagues working along with him seemed to be scared of his presence which is why I feel he is able to get away with this sort of behaviour.
Beware! Tried to return a scarf after finding out that it was defective. Female sales assistant (picture attached) was rude and accused me of deliberately staining the scarf. Spoke to the manager. She wasn't bothered about her colleague's behavior, refused to give her name, and advised me to email customer services regarding a refund and any complaints that I have. Since then, I have emailed Khaadi, making a complaint and reminding them of their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Clothes are beautiful, but customer service of shop staff seriously needs to addressed.
