Unclean, unsanitary, 0 respect for clients, the establishment hasn’t seen a tea towel. The hours of opening are irregular and never on time, the lady does a good job can’t fault her but she cannot even give a recipe ? Does she pay Tax? Cash only ? Always jammering on the phone. Prices are not the best anymore. She’s unmanered and unprofessional, please clean your section, get off the phone and focus on your clients,
Quick and easy service, full set only takes around 45-50mins. Lucy is a very good nail tech, never disappoints and I would say the price is reasonable. Thank you!

This is my second time going to Rose Nails in Old Hill. It’s a lovely shop; clean, bright and airy with a huge array of services. Today I stated off with a gel BIAB service with Lucy (owner) she is so friendly and accommodating and the design I had in mind was no problem for her at all. She works quickly and at the end gave me a lovely hand massage. I was having such a good time that I decided to treat myself to a pedicure too, my first in about 20 years ! It was lovely and she was very thorough and I and my feet and hands feel great. If you live in the Old Hill and Cradley Heath area and want great service in a lovely calm environment go and support them. It’s so great having this service on our doorstep. Thanks Rose Nails for brightening up a dreary Saturday morning !
