   Very poor customer service every issue we have had, 3 in total since booking, small issues too, which makes it more frustrating, we have had to go down to the store in person as nobody ever answers the phone lines. I have just spent over an hour on hold and it gives you an option for a call back which they don't bother to do either. Unbelievable, my first and probably last holiday with virgin.

   I don’t often use travel agents but I chose to visit the store to enquire about trips to New York. I was very fortunate to be served by Kyle G and subsequently booked a trip. I have emailed him several times since and he always responds and has been incredibly helpful in providing me with a range of information regarding flight upgrades etc. I would certainly recommend booking through Virgin Manchester and in particular, with Kyle! Thanks for the excellent customer service!

   All the staff (especially Katieann) are so helpful, friendly and so approachable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I recommend to all my friends to go to Manchester Virgin. I only know the staff through going to Manchester Virgin but they come across as your friends. Just what you want when you are shopping around for a holiday. X

   We don’t book anywhere else! We’ve booked our honeymoon last year with Lynette at the virgin holidays shop ( we flew from Manchester to New York and then back from Orlando to Manchester) and had the best time. Super friendly staff with the best attitude and first hand experiences! We have booked to go to California next year but had to change this due to personal reasons, no problem for the team, Lynette has been absolutely brilliant and we’re now looking to move this back until 2025. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, go in have a talk with the team there and they can inspire you with their own trips without pushing what to do when. Couldn’t recommend a better place to book my holiday! Roll on 2025! ❤️✈️

   Company need to improve. Holiday in Jamaica showing 1 stop. Forget to tell you that you fly to London and then you have to for 90 min in Nassau were you have to actually sit on the and to let people off and to take off again.....unacceptable. I informed them and they are still selling as 1 stop now.......how do they get away with it.....BRANSON,BRANSON, BRANSON.

   Lynette is absolutely amazing, she is one of the most professional people i have ever dealt with. She listened to exactly what we wanted and what we really needed as this holiday is to suit a big age difference and to suit a group of us. I would highly recommend virgin and lynette to anyone that wants the holiday to start the second they step in to the shop or speak to her on the phone she is so happy and nothing is too much trouble, she fullfils the promises she makes and your not left waiting.
