   I have to use their platform for work trips, but i very often find myself booking flights and hotels in other platforms. Their application is horrible and rarely works without issues. Plus their prices are usually above the ones from other applications. Additionally, their platform isn't always up to date. Meaning, you may find yourself being unable to finish a booking altogether.

   My organization started requiring employees to book travels via diversity travel even when their prices are consistently higher than when booking flights, hotels etc. on their own. Buggy systems, bad service. Diversity travel makes booking much more time and money consuming. There is zero advantage.

   Worst travel agency on the market. So many issues, here to just to name a couple of examples: Company takes three days to book a flight. Flight is then 600 euros more expensive. Webportal is very buggy and slow. Bookings are confirmed, but ultimately non-existent.

   If I could give Diversity Travel zero stars, I would. The online booking system is a disaster. Even basic hotels don't show up. Try searching 'Singapore', and you'll get "no results. Hard to believe there is no hotel at all in an entire country. Their system is simply full of bugs: multi-destination flight bookings don't work, I couldn't even enter my personal details, and search results that appeared 5 mins earlier could just disappear. I even called the online team and they said even they couldn't log into the system. The offline team? As of today, it has been taking them 11 days to book a hotel room, which by the way, is still not yet booked. The team seems only capable of sending at most ONE email per day to provide updates, if you're lucky. And the prices? Significantly higher than official websites. I had to do their work for them: compare prices and send screenshots to question the markup. The service is, quite frankly, terrible. If it weren't mandatory to use this agent, I would not go near it. Not in a million years. I just hope I can get on my flights without issues and actually stay at me preferred hotels in 2 months' time. Wish me luck.

   I booked my flight tickets through Diversity Travel, as this is the agency my employer works with. After providing my name, nationality, and destinations, the quote stated “VISAS NOT REQUIRED.” However, I actually need two visas—one for the destination and one for transit through the connecting country. This information was completely misleading. When I realised that a transit visa was required and requested either a refund or a change to an alternative route, I was told the tickets are non-refundable. Now, just two days before departure, I still haven’t been offered a proper solution. There’s a real risk I will miss an important meeting. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience, especially considering the tickets cost over £1,100. The only “solution” I’ve been given is to rebook the tickets myself—because the originals are supposedly non-refundable. Why should I have to pay for their mistake?

   This is by far the worst travel agency you will see in your life. Unfortunately I have to book through them with my employer, so they come back with crazy flight and hotel prices at least triple what I see on Skyscanner.

   It's like someone set out to design a Stalinist era travel company, who has thought of every inefficiency you can build into a system. While an amusing premise for a TV sitcom, a nightmare in real life. Utterly appalling company. Horrible website that doesn't work and is counterintuitive.

   Slow responsiveness, incompetent travel agents. I have spoken to different agents who have given completely contradictory information while looking at the same information. I have made urgent travel requests to their agents that are simply ignored for days.

   Unfortunately very inconsistent service, slow response times even during emergencies and urgent requests, and no capacity to give timescales. For some reasons they outsource bookings to third party agencies, as an agency themselves which is weird, and then when things go wrong they blame the agencies they make bookings through - which again really baffles me! Overall highly disappointed with the services provided and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

At the last minute, he secured a replacement air ticket for a keynote speaker which means he can attend our conference next week in Johannesburg.
