(The photo isn’t the reason I gave one star) I went for nails and toes. The guy who did my toes was polite and kind. However, the other guy who did my nails was rough from the start. Three of my nails were shaped very differently from the others. I pointed this out very politely with a smile and even said it was fine if they needed to be shorter to fix them, just not sharp and uneven compared to the rest. After that, his behavior became rougher, and he started mumbling in another language and shouting things to coworkers in a rude tone, which felt very uncomfortable. He did tone it down after noticing my reaction, but it shouldn’t begin that way in the first place. The photo is next day, and I was more upset by the attitude and treatment than by a gel toenail coming off. I may be mistaken, but this was my experience. Happy to update the review if I’m wrong.

I have visited this salon twice now. I had the best experience. My nail tech was so gentle, friendly and his attention to detail was superb. So much so I booked with him again. Brilliant nails I am super happy and will be coming back. Hopefully with the same tech.

My daughter always comes here but when she came back home today and showed me her nails I was god smacked . Shoddy ! To say the least . The nails look like there stuck on & are bigger than her nail. I wanted her to go straight back down but being 14 she was worried & wanted to leave it. £32 down the drain for what looks like rubbish. Never had an issue before but these are terrible. If you have new people please change back !

On entering the salon everyone was very friendly. I asked for a pedicure and noticed straight away the salon was so cold. Everyone including staff had coats on. I had to basically ask if there was an electric fan heater as its hardly relaxing being cold. She did get one thankfully. I had my feet soaking and then at the point of hard skin removal the girl took a chunk out of my foot whi ch was obviously painful. Although she apologised it was unprofessional as clearly my skin at the edge of my foot was soft and did not need removing. The pedicure was OK but I had no exfoliation or leg or foot massage as other salons offer and was left with a chunk out of my foot and I then had to limp. No discount was offered whi h I thought was disgusting to be honest. Never again.

I dropped in today and experienced a pedicure and a manicure. The lady proprietor was welcoming and the male therapist was professional and competent. I suggest you try this salon called Posh Nails in market street stourbridge.
