Please please! Do not buy from this seller, very very poor communication. I only gave 1star because that's the only way I could leave a review.Im now In the process of trying to recover 165.00 I paid, for a braided wig . House of sara is a terrible company, save your money do not do not buy from them!
I ordered an item 1st June 2023 and made full payment. Delivery was meant to be within 2-3 working days. I am still waiting. I have chased and chased via their chat page and all I keep getting back is "order is waiting fulfillment". I spoke to Sarah today and she said she will look into it and call me back. It is 7.30pm and not heard from her. Can my order be sent now or I be given a refund. If I hear nothing I will be taking the matter further. Monday 12 June 2023 I received my order this afternoon. It was the wrong size ( 2 sizes smaller than what I ordered) and different colour to the one I ordered. I now have to take it to the dry cleaner for alteration. Never again will I order from this company. Totally dissapointed. A small business taking advantage of innocent customers. I say think twice before you place an order.
Ordered a zulu hat and didnt recieve item. No email response to my queries. Site very difficult to log on. I wont stop until.l get a refund one way or another.
Their products are very well made and of good quality. This coming from the daughter of superb dress maker. I have ordered several pieces in the past and with the exception of one pants which was part of a set, everything fit perfectly.
Wonderful product but wrong item sent. I ordered and paid for a runner 1m x 25 cm and received a runner 74cm x 13cm. I have sent 6 emails with no response. Their service is absolutely abominable and without a phone number it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a response. I recommend the product (albeit incorrect) but the service is atrocious. Best to avoid.
