We sat on the upper deck near the back of the bus. Sadly the bus makes such a noise and goes too quickly that you canβt actually hear what the recording is saying. It was great to see some of the sights of Manchester but we got on knowing nothing and came off knowing very little. Not worth Β£15 per person but nice to sit outside on a sunny day.

This is the worse sightseeing bus that I have ever been, and I have been in many. This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review for a sightseeing bus, but it was so bad that I had to make this review. I took this bus unfortunately in Manchester on October 2, 2025. The driver was the unfriendliest person, in a really bad mood, with curt responses, not even when directly asked about the times for pick up. He pretty much told us the wrong time. The times for the pick up in between stops were huge so it was a lot of waiting time in between sites. Idk if there are more busses going around but for us was always the same driver, so it looked like it was only one bus going around. The bus was old, and the explanations were done aloud with bad speakers so it was difficult to understand. Specially for someone that English is not their first language and are paying for a guided tour for obvious reasons. They donβt provide earphones with explanations translated in different language. Overall the experience was really bad. Donβt waste your money on this. I ended taking an uber to get back to my hotel because the waiting time was unbearable..

This was probably one of the worst tourist experiences Iβve ever had. The driver on this hop on hop off bus was extremely rude and aggressive to me. I was a few minutes early to the ride and instead of telling me what time they start boarding (it doesnβt say on the website) he kicked me out and yelled at me very aggressively and SLAMMED THE DOOR IN MY FACE??? I would NOT recommend this experience.

Very unique and beautiful city. Shame that we only had a limited time to explore this place. Still worth having a bus Sightseeing tour.

A 90-minute tour that takes you around manchester city with an audio guide. You can hop on and off anywhere you like. You are also given a map. It was an interesting experience but I think they could've made it more interesting by adding some traditional English music. Also the top floor of the bus has an open roof. This isn't a good idea during cold season, especially when it's windy or raining. I initially sat on the upper deck but had to move down later as the cold became unbearable.

Not much hopping on and off because there are not many buses going around. Not like London. But nice to do a tour.

Allowed there website to take bookings on a day they had cancelled tours, their website had no information about the cancelled tours. When I emailed them I got no response and I found their Facebook page, I messaged them to explain we booked but no bus arrived to be sent a link on their FB stating tours had been cancelled, no explanation or apology for their website not reflecting this information, no refund offered, they have basically left their Web page stating false tours to obtain sales and steal peoples money. Absolutely poor service. I have sent this information to the trading standards department in Manchester Council.

Booked tickets for me and some friends who were spending the day in Manchester. We had a brilliant hour upstairs on the open top bus. Great value for just Β£12. Clear commentary and information by the guide and a free map with information on Manchester and the route we took. Such a brilliant memory for us all. I definitely recommend

Website and leaflet gives you stops and times. You may pay driver or book ahead. Whole trip takes 90 mins or hop off and on at one of 14 stops. There are some dull stretches out and back from Salford Quays. Sound commentary upstairs was unintelligible on one bus, but fine on another.
