   I would give a 0 star review if possible. Booked our son a surprise 21st birthday break here. Arrived today to find Salford hadn’t booked our request. Despite the email thread I have when I spoke to them on the phone from Milan I was met with the ruddiest customer service attitude ever. We travel many times a year and always book direct with TUI. From now on I will stick with what I know. Avoid booking if you want to be left abroad with no support from Hays Salford!!

   We recently book a family all inclusive holiday to Kos, our advisors was Riah from Hays travel in Salford shopping centre. We're definitely coming back to her. She's friendly and professional. Booked an amazing holiday. She gave us some good advice about my son who has special needs so he required a special assistant. It helped out a lot at the airport.

   Popped in on a whim recently and so glad I did! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Long story short, I am off to Tunisia for 21 nights, 5 star hotel on the beach and all inclusive for less than £1000 ( it would cost me more to stay here!). That price includes insurance and upgraded seats. I much prefer to meet a travel agent rather than 'go blind' booking online. Definitely worth the effort to go in-store.
