    I've bought a backpack that broke after the first use. It's been 2 months since I've returned the item and still haven't got a refund. I've contacted the customer service team numerous times via chat, email and phone but all I got is promises and apologies but no refund. They've wasted my time and money and I'm very angry and disappointed with them. I'm not going to buy from them anymore and I'll tell everyone about my bad experience.

    Lovely helpful staff. Inside a garden centre shop and NOT easy to find. Could do with more signage. I went by public transport with a friend. It's quite a walk from the Great West Road but a good selection of shoes and spacious area for trying out the styles made it worthwhile. Patient and non-pushy sales staff are great. Thank you.
