Never go - the staff are super rude. No welcome and you go in an approach staff for help and they all say they’re too busy. Mid week middle of the afternoon with about 4 visitors. How ridiculous.
I had a pre-booked gait analysis and was served by Paul. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a few options to try. I left with a very comfortable pair of running shoes! I would definitely recommend having the analysis done, especially if you're new to running like me.
Went to find running shoes following some soreness and Julius not only provided professional advice, but also inspired me to believe in myself again. He spent over an hour with me trying different types of shoes. When you receive service like this, you recognise the person that really loves his job. If I ever need advise again, I wouldn’t be looking anywhere else, thanks Julius!

2 visits in the last 2 weeks. Thought I would try again but no not doing it again. Very poor customer service , not welcoming. One staff member tells you they have it in stock and then the other can't be bothered to offer it you even though they are standing next to it.
Went to choose running shoes for myself and my husband. We spent 10 minutes looking did not speak to anyone as no attention was paid to us and decided to go to Sweat shop in Teddington. We were greeted as we walked in and was asked within a minute if we needed assistance. Would highly recommend Sweat shop! No one was serving and could also do with a clean! The one star was just to leave the review?
I haven't run for decades and never did it seriously anyway. I decided to get moving again but because of my large size, I wanted to get a pair of running shoes that would avoid an injury and fitted correctly. I was seen by Luke who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his time. I tried on many pairs, each with a short run on a treadmill to video my feet. I feel confident that I've got the right shoes to start running, and he even price matched another retailer. What an amazing place, thank you so much.
