Melissa always listens and uses her experience when you need guidance with colour or styles. I have every confidence in Melissa as I know her standards are extremely high and will work with you to achieve the best. She always makes u feel welcome and treats you as a special client. Very rare Melissa is late for my appointments and I have never left the salon dissapointed with the NEW ME STYLE or COLOUR. Jane, Melissa and staff should feel very proud of the services they provide in a local and welcoming salon.
Always love getting my hair done here. There is always a warm welcome in a relaxed environment and they really know their stuff!! Great at recommending what is suitable for my hair type/skin colour etc.
I had a hair change of colour which didn't work for me and after going on holiday my roots were in need of doing. Melissa put my hair back to it's usual colour and I am really happy with the result. I managed to book online which is the first time I have done that as the salon is closed Monday and Tuesday. Melissa was understanding and knows my hair and therefore put my hair back to how I like it. I am very happy

I re-visited Hair Xchange recently and what a beautiful refurbishment they've had! The Salon it's self looks stunning, very smart and professional and of course (as always) my cut & colour was perfected, I was well looked after and had an overall great experience thanks to the glorious team of Hair Xchange. When I am next in Leeds I will be back :D xx
The refurbishment on this salon is lovely. It looks wonderful, the staff are always very professional and friendly, and offering a top service. The salon has great prices and a wide selection of services on offer. The only place I will go to for my hair doing in Leeds!
