   First of all, these shoes are great! I don't shop online for clothes a lot for fear that they might not fit right or I won't like the way they look and then I won't have the option to return them as easily as I would at a store. But I'm really glad I pulled the trigger on buying 2 pairs of Lotta from Stockholm shoes. Sizing is accurate, the quality is solid, they're funky and cool - a unique way to wear something that's kind of like a heel if high heels are not for you. They're great semi-casual heels and once it gets cool outside you can wear them with thin socks. But what caused me to leave a review is the excellent customer service! I had one pair that the leather had pulled away from one of the staples after the first wear, (understandable that could happen since, you know, it's a staple through leather). I sent a photo and an email to customer service not sure what to expect and they immediately replaced my pair via express mail. They also allowed me to use a coupon code a few hours after it expired (I'm an indecisive shopper!) - the customer service felt very one-on-one. So if you're thinking about grabbing a pair of these shoes online, just go for it- the sizing is accurate, they're versatile so you'll wear them often and you'll get lots of compliments!    OK, I cannot say enough good about the product or the customer service. I got my first pair a couple of years ago and have worn the heck out of them, but my new rescue dog loved them as well and chewed them up. I actually sanded the wood he chewed and kept wearing them, but I knew it was time for a new pair. After I ordered them, I decided to size up, because I wanted to wear thick socks with them so I contacted customer service. In the meantime, I also snagged a second pair. Sol with customer service promptly changed my size, consolidated my 2 orders, and sent me a confirmation. They arrived in 12 days (even with the US Thanksgiving holiday!)! Out of the box they were comfortable and oh so beautiful - I took my dog for a 3 mile walk with them and they felt great! I will be ordering many more! Thank you Lotta, thank you Sol!

   I've desperately wanted some clogs for a while. Despite the price, I was swayed to order from 'Lotta' by the excellent reviews. I originally ordered seconds, but unfortunately whilst the right clog fit absolutely perfectly, the left one was uncomfortably tight, and there was a visible difference in sizing. I sent an email and Sol was very friendly (though you do have to be patient as you won't always get a response the same day). I decided to exchange and pay the difference to upgrade to brand new ones. Unfortunately I did have to chase this up after a few weeks, as despite the tracking having said it was delivered to them, it seemed to have been missed at their end. In my following emails, I asked if the new pair could be on the 'wider' side of possible. Having seen another review from somebody who apparently sent minimum measurements to ensure they fit their wide feet, I was hopeful. Unfortunately I was told they could only ensure the new pair were symmetrical. I went ahead anyway. The new pair are very comfy. Not entirely symmetrical, as the right clog is a teeny bit on the tight side, but not so much that it's cutting into my foot (so I'm sure it'll loosen up). They look very cool though and are well made. Just beware if you have feet that are slightly on the wide side like mine...

   I have ordered a few pairs of Lottas in the past and have loved them. I recently ordered another pair, and unfortunately there was a mispackaging. The sticker on the box was what I ordered, but the clogs were not what I ordered. I emailed Lotta’s and they worked to take care of it quickly! They ended up telling me to keep the pair I didn’t order, and were able to send me what I did order within a couple days!

   I love my Lotta's SO MUCH. I bought them after seeing one of my best friend's wear hers all last fall and winter. They only got more beautiful as she wore them and are very clearly well made, and she said they were so comfortable. So this fall I decided to get my own. I love them. They are so comfortable and cute, and I can easily go for a walk or go out to dinner. And the customer service is incredible! I ordered boots in green and then decided to go with a more neutral color, and they made the return process so easy and smooth. I got the Clarissa Ten Point boot in Cognac and I just couldn't be happier. I will definitely be coming back for more of their lovely shoes!

   I recently purchased these stunning mustard yellow clogs from Lotta, and they were a beautiful addition to my wedding ensemble. I was worried about purchasing shoes online and if they would be comfortable to wear for hours on my big day - turns out, the sizing chart was spot on, and my feet were totally fine for 4 hours. I highly recommend this shop - speedy shipping to Toronto and I cannot wear to wear ‘em out this summer!
