    I have been coming to Florence for over a few years now & can tell you these women are absolutely brilliant at what they do. My lovely Jan always does my hair an it’s always so beautiful, I always get compliments after getting my hair coloured. Alison & Zoya are also so lovely and friendly. They are all so hard working and deliver such a brilliant service :)

    I always come to Florence for my haircut however this time I didn’t make an actual appointment and just had a walk in appointment in which a young lady has started to cut my hair. I was clear on what I wanted long layers and a v cut however she gave me choppy layers and my hair just doesn’t look nice. The v cut just seems off. I am really disappointed as people are joining who are not trained properly.
