I really love what Helena has done with my hair. Starting with a major colour correction in January 2025 and deciding not to go down the grey route just yet, my hair looks really natural and healthy. The cut and colour is perfect for me and I’m totally delighted. Helena really listens to her clients which makes a huge difference.
I have been coming to Helena now for nearly 2 years as I felt my hair needed some TLC. It wasn’t growing and kept breaking. My hair is in so much better condition now. My kids are very happy with there hair.. thank you for the continued excellent service.《was correct, however contacted to make an appointment, didnt have my bank card so told the woman on the phone I'd be in definitely to pay.. got a phone call telling me I'm cancelling the appointment because you didnt pay within a day even though there's a week and a day left until the appointment. Shame. Lost a long time customer
This was my first visit to the salon and I was very impressed. James was lovely and very professional. We had a detailed discussion about what I wanted etc, and I decided to go along with his recommendation. I am very happy with the results and we also had a good laugh whilst he cut my hair, with non of the typically awkward hairdresser ‘style’ conversations. I’ve found a new hairdresser.
Helena was really friendly and put me at my ease (it was my first time in a salon for about 40 years!). She was also really knowledgeable and gave great advice and recommendations. I chose her as I saw from the website that she was experienced in cutting curly hair and I wasn't disappointed! The cut is lovely and the whole experience was really enjoyable. I really like the inclusive environment at Mod Salons and will definitely be going back to Helena there.
Great wet haircut! It was easy, quick and pleasant to communicate with Helena who has been understanding, kind and efficient. I liked our genuine but light hearted chat on top of the full service. I appreciated the hair massage, the balm, the gel, the coffee, the gel sample and the voucher too which were not essential but nice touches of high customer care. These extras have been very appreciated and I will come back for sure! Serena
Amazing experience and amazing hairdresser! Went from a bob to a mullet and was nervous about doing so but Keely made me feel very reassured and I really appreciated her styling advice. Would 100% recommend and will definitely book in with her for future cuts!
