   We have been in today to book our honeymoon for 2026. Was served by Laura. She spent a good few hours with us working through our itinerary and making sure she fully explored what we wanted out of our trip. She was patient, knew her stuff and most of all was a good laugh throughout. Nothing was too much trouble even when we went back and forth on what we wanted and to stay within budget. Great experience!!

   I recently contacted TUI Warrington to book a family holiday to Florida for next Christmas and dealt with Nic . The holiday was on a budget travelling on specific dates due to School Holidays . Nothing was to much trouble and due to flight complications this was picked up next day by Karen and despite a lot of work involved the holiday was eventually booked. Throughout the process both ladies were calm, polite and courteous. They conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner and both went that extra mile tailoring the holiday to meet my needs as a customer and to bring the holiday to meet my budget. I can only say thank-you to them and we as a family are looking forward to next Christmas and a family reunion when were being joined by our American Grandchildren . All brought about by the ladies at Tui Warrington. Thankyou

   I booked my holiday through Isobel at the TUI Superstore and the whole experience was genuinely brilliant. I popped into the store a few weeks ago and she gave me a perfectly curated shortlist of options based on exactly what I was looking for. She really listened — and it showed. Every recommendation was spot-on, to the point it was actually hard to choose. After taking some time to think, I called back and Isobel helped me tailor our top choice and get it booked seamlessly over the phone. The entire process felt supported, simple, and surprisingly enjoyable. Having her expert knowledge on hand meant I finally felt confident in my decision… instead of disappearing into weeks (let’s be honest, months) of online scrolling and still booking nothing.    Today we booked two holidays with Sarah after going into store after being overwhelmed with holiday choices online. Our openness definitely made us slightly difficult customers but Sarah made it all so easy for us, helping greatly us with her experience and advice. We were in for three hours (with about 2.5 hours of that being discussion on where to go and Sarah helping us to narrow down our choices!). Sarah was lovely and did a really great job & was so patient with us. Really excited for our travels!

   We have been booking holidays with TUI Holiday Hypermarket Warrington since 2001 and have always had great service. We went to book again on Saturday and were helped by Sarah. She was amazing! We weren’t sure where we wanted to go but after a few questions from Sarah about the type of holiday we wanted, she came up with the perfect holiday first time! No trouble was spared in finding us the best hotel; the best flight times and prices and the best deals on excursions. Sarah is friendly, helpful and extremely professional.
