Called into Charlie's for a cut & blow dry today 27/08, my first time but will not be my last. Julie was amazing, I got exactly what I asked for. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Well done to all.
I went to Charlie’s a few years ago and my hair was so damaged and a mess. Denise has completely charged my hair over time so much. It’s so soft now and the style is just gorgeous. I recently visited Charlie’s as I fancied a slight change of hairstyle. The lady who did my hair was really friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. The cut and style was exactly what I asked for so I was throughly impressed. I will definitely be back!
Ruined my hair asked for a soft balayage how it was originally this was my first visit at Charlie’s and this is what I got ..I didn’t want them to touch it again and wouldn’t give me a refund… no apologies or empathy and quite rude when I messaged them .. wasn’t even at either side no technique used ..chunks lines and spotting as well as brassy did not tone to the correct level of lift … looks like I have roots with a bad application but this is how I was sent away … wouldn’t recommend this salon for colours to anyone.. £75 pound down and had to go have it done again else where … not how you expect to come out of a salon I never complain but this has cost me double to be fixed else where and waisted my time visiting this salon not happy
Great hair salon with amazing staff. They are so friendly and happy that you just know they are enjoying what they are do for a living. This gives me so much confidence that I am getting a great hair cut. I am always impressed and happy with the style I leave with. I will definitely be returning as they make me feel so comfortable and the advice is great.
Staff are so welcoming and Denise has worked wonders with my hair. From dark roots to wispy ends, my hair feels brand new
Have taken my daughter to Charlies for a while and they have always been friendly and accommodating. She's now 11 and has had her hair washed, cut and styled today by Alex. Alex took her time and did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend Charlies - especially for dads not sure where to take their daughters!
I am very particular who cuts my hair so I had Julie cut my hair. It was cut very well and styled/ I shall be using Charlies again and especially Julie to cut and style my hair again.

i came back to charlies salon after my hair was in desperate need of a cut and blow dry after lock down, and i couldn't of chosen to go anywhere better! the lovely lady called lottie that did my hair was super professional and made me feel extremely welcome... and most importantly she certainly knew what she was doing with the scissors and a hair dryer! my hair feels like silk and i feel like a new woman... thank you charlie's! x
