   The most terrible experience.she had no idea how to do my hair trimmed asked for volume on top said it was too soft.told her it needed moose on .she just ignored me.tried to tong it made it worse.i have never had hair like it .was much better when I went in.think she is only trainee no idea about hair £35 for 24mins disaster.

   Yeh worse than a Turkish barber better off going there first of all I showed a picture with a haircut with a fringe and somehow ended up with a slick back cut at the end ?? And now I have two bold patches on both sides of my head. Save your self lads and go elsewhere .

   Visited Philips in ossett this morning. So so happy with my results. A total hair colour change and cut. Meg did it all and was professional, Friendly & understanding, a lovely person. She absolutely listed to me in what I wanted. As soon as I entered the shop all the staff were friendly with a smile or a kind hello, you don't always get this in alot of hairdresser's. I would definitely recommend & will be a regular here. All confident staff there, definitely what you need out of a hairdresser. The salon inside was nice too. So glad this shop was recommended by my friend.

   They rang and asked me to rearrange my appointment. Whilst on my way there was a road closure. So I rang and told them I would be 5 mins late. I was told the hair dresser would be rinsing someone's colour off and that my hair would be washed and cut but couldn't be blow dried it would be left wet. So inconsiderate when my appointment they were the ones that change my original appointment .Thanks Hannah but won't happen again.

   Great. Hannah did my hair I was well happy had a cut and some copper beige put in. Really good condition too. A bit more than I usually pay. But worth it!!!
