   Absoloutely shocking! Booked an appointment 2 week in advance was told it was half 9am so got to the salon at 09.10am to be told no its at 4pm were full at the min, so I said I'd go back later thinking maybe I'd got mixed up, go back at 4pm the hairdressers literally sat having her nails done and said your appointment was at half 2 no I mean half 12, we're closed now but I can do it tomorrow. No organisation at all. I won't be trying to go to this salon again, what an absoloute fiasco and a waste of a whole day.

   I just wanted a simple straight cut in one layer and after the hair cut I came home and found some of the strands of my hair cut one long and one short. I was not happy with my hair cut and will not be going back to Belle Air again after a bad hair cut, and a bad hair day for me.
