    I had the best experience – from the moment I made the phone call to the moment I walked out after my haircut. They are a very small salon, with an exceptionally friendly, and funny, clientele, and really want to put you at ease so that you get exactly what you want. There is no loud music that stops you from having a conversation which is very refreshing in today’s market. I had my hair washed and a wet cut. My hair thickness was complimented, as was the colour (my natural colour) and I felt confident when Heather brushed my long hair carefully (unlike many salons that just hack away to get any knots out). I love my haircut – we took quite a bit off so that I can now wear it down as well as tied up. The service was great value for money. I highly recommend Hairways and shall definitely be going back to see them every 12 weeks for a trim. Thank you ladies.

    Tina is amazing. Why pay city centre prices when Tina does the same job if not better for less money. She looks after her regulars and knows them all by name. Knows all the colours they usually have without having to look it up. Very very highly recommended. You'll be lucky to be fit in she's that well loved.

    Bad experience and wasn’t even a customer! I politely asked (Tina’s) husband where (ebony hair) was based as it was taking me to (hairways) and they said they’d (never heard of it!) to then later find out they fully know who I’m talking about just couldn’t be bothered because they wasn’t getting my custom! Google maps told me I’d be there in a minute, Tina’s (husband) then turned round and said well you have a MINUTE TO WALK THEN HAVENT YOU! I’ve never met such a self centred person in my life not to be rude but if your wanting customers start acting like business people instead of childish I don’t go to a salon every week for my hair doing to know but I’ve worked in one and your customers really didn’t look cheerful AT ALL!!
