   Not a curly blow dry as advertised. Please don’t say you will do this if you can’t, hairdresser didn’t even have rollers! This was prepaid because there was no other option. My hair was flat before I even got home (10 minute drive) hairdresser advised that my hair wouldn’t hold the curly blow dry so she suggested blow drying straight first and then curling with wand to get a good hold. The initial blow dry was the poorest standard I’ve ever received, but I trusted the process in the hopes the result would be great and it was less than satisfactory. I trusted her advice and it didn’t work. My hair is better when blow dried into shape starting wet/damp. Had a response from my review on Treatwell, but I wasn’t able to write another response. She said she would have happily redone it on the day, but I didn’t have time to go back or know how bad it was going to hold until I was already home and needed to catch my train to Manchester so I didn’t miss it. Not sure how she would have even redone it without having rollers for a curly blow dry and why would I trust her again to do it right, considering the first time trusting her advice failed. Maybe consider removing this service from your options on the Treatwell app.

   Going to a new hair salon is always a bit of a trial for me. Having read previous reviews I decided to give Epiphany a go. I was not disappointed. The salon is clean and inviting. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Had my appointment with Jess. She was a delight. Listened to my requests and we came up with a style I would be happy with and which would suit me. I never felt rushed. So very pleased with my new haircut, thank you Jess. I will definitely be returning and can recommend Epiphany to anyone who is unsure of which salon to choose.

   Aimee has been doing such a fab job on my hair for months. She is always so meticulous and knowledgeable and skilful. The whole salon and team are so amazing and welcoming. Such lovely and joyous vibes every time I visit. Highly recommend.

   Me and my 4 year old daughter went here yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! Aimee did a great job with my hair - she really listened to what I wanted and delivered. Jess was amazing with my daughter who was a bit nervous. She was so patient and really went out of her way to make sure she was ok and did her hair perfect! Amazing salon which I would recommend to anyone. Thank you!!

   I can’t recommend Epiphany Hair lounge enough. Sam is an exceptional hair stylist who is so friendly and listens to what your hair requirements are. Her attention to detail is outstanding and done with a laugh and a smile throughout making it such a lovely experience. The salon decor is just beautiful and adds to the relaxed setting.    Aimee has been doing my hair now for about 10yrs and I just love that she uses the best colours and is always up for a challenge! I love to change my colour and style a lot and Aimee always ends up doing the most amazing job! I love the fact that Aimee is also well trained in all the new processes and products! Best hair dresser ever!!!!!!

   Absolutely fantastic salon. Staff are lovely and really listen to what it is you want. I went fromfrom dark dark brown to auburn and Aimee knew exactly what I wanted and knew exactly what she was doing. She did exactly what I asked for with the cut, as well. I absolutely LOVE the results. Will definitely definitely be making this my new regular salon.
