I’m really happy with my new salon, lived in Horsforth ages but wanted somewhere new. Its a cosy friendly place and Amy’s lovely and a great hairdresser. Looking forward to my colour next.
The team at Headhouse are amazing - talent stylists who are friendly and chatty. The team have always cut and coloured my hair perfectly - even suggesting styles I may like which I love - couldn't recommend these ladies enough
I've been going to Headhouse for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They crack me up laughing so much and make you feel like you've known them years - they have a loyal customer base for a reason. Amy put me at ease and gave me guidance when she did my wedding hair - she knew what I wanted and delivered. I've been bolder and more confident with my colour and style since going here. The social media (great for colour/style inspiration) & salon atmosphere is fab. The thing that makes it standout, apart from the service, is the banter Amy, Nicola and Rheanna all have.
Staff are INSANELY rude. So I had an appointment booked on the 12th Jan, they cancelled my appointment because the Stylist was ill, fair enough. So I rearranged for the following week- it was also cancelled for the same apparent reason despite the stylist having been in, in the morning again. Both times the appointment was cancelled with only hours before I was due in. When I rang the salon, the staff member was very rude to me, accusing me of being aggressive when I had explained I'd spoken to them (on the phone) while outside. She was also quoting me more for the same work than the price I had agreed previously. I was very disappointed by their cancellation as I was hoping to have the work done for my birthday which is Saturday 21st. This is even worse as the first time I'd been in the salon- they were fantastic. I would NOT recommend this salon if you want a reliable service or friendly staff.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this salon enough, I went for my first time in December and all the ladies were really friendly, kind and down to earth. I had such a laugh I felt like I had known them all years! I was like a new woman leaving the salon, my hair felt so amazing & Looked really healthy and I keep getting compliments on my hair! deffo be back again soon xx
Great hair cut and highlights. Love the Milkshake products and the blonde colour. Had a heavy highlight and what I loved was it was a heavy highlight, so many times you get a heavy highlight and you never feel blonde enough. Very excited to have found this place, great prices also.
Friendly, approachable staff, willing to listen and advise you on both styles and colour. Nicola and her team are very knowledgeable about latest trends and have years of experience to draw on. The salon caters well for the local community - students, professionals, retired people and children - and prices are very competitive! I went looking for something new and was really pleased with my cut, so much so, that I went back and got it coloured (with 10% discount in January)!
