Susan has cut and coloured my hair for the best part of 20 years and she is by far the best hairdresser I've ever had! She's creative and always listens to what I want and gives great ideas and delivers every time!
I had a consultation, then went for my appointment she burnt me with the straighteners, hair isn’t even level had to go get it cut again…! the house smelt of strong smoke (cigarettes) very unhygienic and very unprofessional, no Covid precautions in place not even a window open. Save your money and avoid- she didn’t even offer a refund
This woman totally ruined my beautiful hair. I asked her to create a soft ombré colour on my light brown hair, she didn’t take a patch test. My hair then went a bizzare orange colour (a bit like a pineapple shade), and bits of my hair then fell out! She was also trigger happy with the scissors. She cut far too much hair off my head I ended up looking like something you’d get in a prisoner of war camp. She then proceeded to blow dry and straighten my hair and clipped my ears with the hair straighteners. I’m not sure if she was under the influence of something when she “styled” my hair but I won’t be going back! Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely love having my hair done by Susan, I always leave it up to her as to what I’m having done and always come away feeling 100% in love with her choice, whether this be the colour or a blow dry. Anybody who is looking for a new stylist Susan is the person and she will not disappoint. Also had my make up done for a girly day out, received compliments saying I looked like I’d stepped out of the Mama Mia film!
Susan is everything you’d get in town but in a lovely homely environment for a fraction of the price. Her colouring skills are unbelievable and her ability to just mix colours to get the right shade is effortless. She listens to what you want and will always advise based on her experience. I love going to Susan, not only for my hair but for a lovely catch up. Xx
