Steve was recommended to me by a friend and he's brilliant! He's created a stunning space next to his house (there's always parking which is a big bonus!) that's very professional but also calm and relaxing. I've been to Steve twice now and it's clear he's passionate about hair and really knows his stuff! Highly recommend!
My first time at Steve’s new premises, a separate studio next to his house. Steve had cut my hair previously when manager at West Row. As expected the set up was superb really relaxed and comfortable. What was great was its uniqueness so different from the run of the mill salons that dominate the profession. After a brief catch up, a coffee and of course discussion about what I wanted doing Steve set about his task. The great thing here at his new venture is privacy so you can chat or not chat, apparently some people even work on their devices while there. There was no sense of rush or hurry to get on to the next client and as expected and of no great surprise my hair cut was excellent. And to top it off it was nearly half the price I had been paying previously. So if you want to break free if the run of the mill and get a great hair experience from a professional, experienced stylist and a nice guy look no further, try out Leftfield it is so right!
Steve has cut and coloured my hair many times in the past and it was a real treat recently to have an appointment at his impressive new salon. It was a fabulous experience, in a bright and calming environment. The one to one consultation was second to none and the highest attention was paid to my individual requirements and consideration given to the shape, texture and tone of my hair. First appointment today at Leftfield Hair. I loved it, the salon is beautiful and has such a relaxing feel. Steve worked wonders on my hair colour with such patience repairing the damage caused by lockdown DIY colouring and he finished it with a perfect cut.
I recently visited Leftfield Hair for the first time. The experience was amazing, unlike busy salons, it had a nice, relaxed vibe and Steve took the time to really understand what I was trying to achieve and gave me honest advice; the end result was amazing, and I love what he’s done with my hair, it feels and looks so much more natural! The salon itself is really unique with cool décor - even the bathroom was done to a high spec. You also don’t have to worry about where you’re going to park or getting rained on as there is off road parking right outside. AND gone are the days of using annual leave for hair appointments - LeftField is fully set up with WiFi and desk space to work whilst Steve is doing your hair, which for me is a total game changer. If you’re looking for a great hairdresser with a different approach, I’d highly recommend.
