Had my first appointment with Grace this weekend and have to to say how happy I am with the results! The colour and cut and finish were perfect and Grace gave great advice on what would suit me best. Thank you!
Had the privilege of winning a cut and style here, and with some trepidation accepted... Mark, the lead stylist, was amazing: took his time, without any judgement, to talk through what I'd like and what was needed after a quarter of a century hairdresser-free! Bad past experiences and ASD made me very anxious, but Mark was brilliant - and I came away with a great cut. Highly, highly recommended.
I had a cut and finish from Sophie today. Lovely service, she helped me decide what my hair needed as I wasn’t 100% on what would make it more manageable. Also the sweet young apprentice who did my shampoo, she was very welcoming. Very happy with finished result, thank you:)
Had the worst haircut of my life last week. Almost a week later I’m still so upset. The girl who did my hair took less than 8 minutes to cut my hair. Then I had to ask several times if she would cut a bit more and also make the fringe you know.. the same length?! And then she dried and curled it but parts of the hair were still obviously not right length and she decided to cut my hair while it was still curly. When I got home and washed it the next day I realised how truly awful the haircut was. Different lengths all over the front and back. It looks more damaged than before. I’m so embarrassed and upset to even go out I’m going to have to book an appointment to a proper hairdresser. If you’re wondering why I didn’t pull them up on it while I was there, I really tried but there was so many times I could ask and eventually I left feeling deflated. Ladies please save your money and go somewhere else. These guys are truly awful. Actually would have been better if I just did it myself.
Love yazz hairdressers bend with them a long time now & wouldn't want to go anywhere else All the staff are very friendly with everyone , very professional regarding their clients needs from just a trim to foils etc . Fantastic team .
After my long-time barber retired, I was keen to find a worthy successor. I chanced upon Yazz, visited without an appointment, and was seen by Joseph. I was much impressed with his friendly approach, the fact that he listened carefully to what I wanted, and that he offered useful advice. He took time over the cut and styling and I was (and am) very pleased with the result. Well done Joseph! (And fortunately no need for me to continue my search for a first-rate barber.)
I meant to write a review after my first haircut with Stacey (apologies if it’s spelled Stacy) but was pregnant and baby brain. I was so very pleased with it and now after my second I’m still so happy - she is so talented and consistent. She listened to what I hoped for and she modified to how it would look good and achieved exactly the haircut I wanted. It also had grown out really nicely after the first cut she gave me and didn’t feel the need to put it up as I normally do before a next haircut as the appt got closer! So great thank you so much!!
The staff are really nice and welcoming. Stacey who trimmed my hair was excellent! Such a lovely young lass and very good with her job!
Paul is a very talented hairdresser/stylist with great attention to detail - very impressive premises, friendly service and good conversation, I would highly recommend giving them a try.
