   Absolutely shocking service! Do not use this company. "luxury coaches" as described on their website are very far from! My friend has just got back from a trip which was booked over the phone for a coach to drop her off and bring her back after her cruise trip. Tea/coffee facilities on board wifi was all mentioned upon booking over the phone. The coach turned up over a hour late as what could only be described as a school trip coach by a diffrent company. After emailing them when she got back they just said its in the small print and it's just whats available on the day. This was booked over the phone and no small print was read out or was she even made aware this was the case. very unprofessional and very miss leading! As for travelling 7 hours one way she would have chosen a different more reliable company. Upon reading reviews now it seems this is a common scam by this company and they know exactly what they are doing. So if you're wanting...... "luxury top-quality executive coaches with high-end corporate travel" (There own words) I'd book somewhere else!

   Cruise link for celebrity apex 10th May to 17th May 2025. Brilliant drivers both ways and very comfortable /modern coaches. Fantastic hassle free way to link to Southampton for cruises. Recommend to anyone give it a whirl. 5 star

   We tried this company for the first time August 11th to 25th. To Southampton. The lady driver going down after changeover was excellent. Can't remember her name, instructions, manner and directions etc were excellent. However the coach itself was really, really cold. We had to ask twice to have temperature increased. The return journey was horrendous. The driver was really unpleasant. We received no instructions, no information at all on how long pickups would be. We had to ask all the time. Was really cold once again. Had to ask twice to raise temperature. We were only comfortable for about half an hour of the whole journey. When we got off the coach someone else was complaing too and was arguing with him. Also when we stopped at Wetherby werent allowed to stay on coach, not sure if this is due to driver having rest break though. We are hoping to use you again in the future.

   I am extremely impressed by this company especially Stuart who has gone out of his way to help me with a problem. A few months back when we needed to change a coach trip they were very helpful and altered our dates with no extra charge as some companies would do. I find Eavesway travel very useful for getting to and from our cruises from Southampton. The last pick up from Southampton we had the luxury VIP coach. Now we will be keeping our fingers crossed for that one on our next trip.

   We hired an Eavesway Travel Ltd coach to take 25 of us on a corporate day trip and we where blown away when the coach arrived. The coach was very luxurious, very clean and even had Sky TV and toilet facilities! Peter was a fabulous driver and arrived to pick us up in a timely manner and got us all to our destination safely. Thank you to Eavesway and Peter for a fabulous journey, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, luxury coach hire. Thank you Cura Accounting Ltd

   Excellent company to deal with. We have used Eavesway coach service to Southampton many times. On our last journey we experienced some problems with our luggage. I cannot fault the way this was dealt with by Eavesway in particular Jenny in Custmer services. She was kind, understanding and very professional, always responding to me promptly. We will continue to use and recommend this company. First class in every way

   Sort out your phones to book coach. Waiting ages. Finally got through sorted problem out in 5mins. Coach journey down and back from Southampton was great . As usual a fantastic Driver same one both ways and kept us well informed . Please just sort phones out and you will get 5 stars!!!

   Cancelled coach a couple of weeks before cruise - leaving us with no means of getting to ship. Fortunately Intercruise are more reliable and came to the rescue. They had one job to do and failed completely. Will never use them again.

   This was our first time on an Eavesway Coach. Our friends that live in Liverpool booked it for the 4 of us to take to the cruise ship terminal at Southampton. They only use Eavesway. This coach and company is amazing! Soft comfortable leather seats and everything was spotlessly clean. The safety briefing was unlike anything we have ever heard before...because we are not from England and now I know this is very normal here. I appreciated it very much. She said, "There are 3 emergency exits doors and 5 emergency windows and the coach is equipped with 3 fire extinguishers. The coach has free wifi and if you can't connect after 30 minutes please let us know and we will contact our tech and they will allow more connectivity. We also have a toilet on-board. Gents, the coach is very rocky so we would ask you to please do sit down because no amount of freshener will help you if you don't" The coach was not full so I was able to move to the other side in order to capture some amazing shots of the beautiful day with blue sky, puffy white clouds and the bright yellow rapeseed fields along the English countryside. We had a rest and food stop half way and we were able to have a leisurely lunch and then on our way to Southampton. The driver was very safe and we had a lovely ride. Thank you Eavesway!
