Went in for gait analysis and new trainers. Junya was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different makes and models available. It was a great shopping experience for a member of staff to really know the products and give great advice. Very happy with my new trainers!
I came in to purchase a pair of new running trainers and needed some advice. I didn’t catch her name but the woman who helped me was very helpful with a gait analysis and then recommending which shoes would be best and the sizing etc. I ended up purchasing the first pair she suggested. Great customer service and experience!
Had a very pleasant experience with Reka on Sunday getting a gait analysis and my first proper pair of running shoes! She took a quick look at how I run and validated all of the problems I have in my calves and hips based on the poor quality of shoes I have! Gave me a wonderful suggestion that was within my budget and was over all just very knowledgeable. Thanks again!!
I had a really pleasant experience at Up&Running Chiswick branch. I came in for a gait analysis and shoe recommendations, and the woman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions and shared her running tips and tricks, and was just super welcoming in general. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name but this was this Tuesday morning, so hopefully some praise can be passed to her to note great service. Just happy that physical running shops still exist

Would highly recommend the Chiswick store for their fantastic customer service: two treadmills for gait analysis available and very very friendly (and knowledgeable) staff! I went at Friday lunchtime and was served by George who gave excellent advice. Now the happy owner of a new pair of trainers:)
Needed a new pair of trainers after was sold wrongly sized ones at a different store. Extremely helpful and patient staff member was fantastic and gave me confidence that I was picking the right ones. Best customer service I have had in very long time.
Popped into the shop today and was served by George. I only was in to ask some questions, but given all the really helpful advice and good customer service left with a new pair of runners. Delighted with my purchase and experience.
Bought a pair of brooks running shoes at end of August. By early November these were completely gone. After I contacted them, their head office got in touch. They replaced the shoes. I bought a second pair as a "thank you" for their customer care and quality of service.
