Just had our little boys first haircut done my Hairat, such a calm atmosphere with films, cool car chairs and complimentary snacks. Couldn't be happier with how his hair looked, and will definitely be returning!

First time at Shortcuts, Leeds today. Our little boy has had 2 haircuts before at different salons and we felt rushed, our son didn’t like having his haircut and it was rather traumatic to be honest. We were recommended Shortcuts by one of our friends and it was brilliant. Good waiting area with toys and both Hariat and Sonia were so kind and chatty with the children (and parents)! Our son didn’t cry, was well distracted with raisins, Moana and bubbles (haha) and it was a brilliant haircut too. Thanks so much Hariat and we will be back!
Sonya the owner and all staff are fantastic at providing a brilliant haircut for children of all ages. They are amazing at getting kids used to getting their haircut and have amazing facilities to aid in making kids feel at home, from sit in cars for hair cutting and tvs with films and PlayStation for the older kids. I would recommend this to anyone, my boy would scream the house down at the idea of getting his hair cut, know he eventually sits and plays with sonyas support and encouragement
A lovely lady did a brilliant job. It was his first cut and I need to worry one bit. A little wait (15/20 min) even though I called and booked. Not ideal with 2 small children. There was something wrong with their booking system this day. So I do hope not to experience that again.
First of all the lovely owner managed to squeeze my little girl in for a haircut on Christmas week, she was so kind & patient and attention to detail was brilliant, and she was fab with my little girl. Thank you so much we will be returning for all future hair cuts and fringe trims! Xx
So grateful we found this place! Sonia worked her magic on my 18month old who Absolutely hates hair cuts and throws tantrums. He sat in the car and didn't cry one bit and finally got his long hair cut to a more suitable length. So pleased! Now a Loyal customer here.
I can’t rate this hairdresser enough sonia was unbelievably patient and took time for my son to warm to the idea of getting his hair cut ( he is 3) he was really scared for a long time but she really took the time to build a rapport with my son, so warm and caring and was so mindful of his feelings and my son had a great haircut and experience. 5* service
