Been visiting here a few years Jenna & Sophie are great. However my last visit I was booked with Linda. When I walked in she looked at me like I was some sort of monster then asked Jenna to do my hair. She then told another customer that she felt that way out that day and didnt want to do my hair. I felt quite ill that day & was going but really needed a hair cut. I felt insulted and humiliated if I had been felt better than I was I would have walked out. Totally unprofessional ignorant childish and rude. I felt sorry for Jenna as she was put in an embarrasing situation. One good thing for her I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE AGAIN

I have visited today first time in many years in a hairdressers. Sophie was my stylist and colourist. She listened carefully to my needs and explained each stage. I am overjoyed with the results my hair looks and feels so healthy.

Lovely friendly staff. Jenny who did my hair spent time on it and kept asking if I wanted more off or not as I was going from long hair to quite short hair. She was very patient with me and I was very pleased with the final style
What a great place. Girl did my hair great, just what I asked for and I wasn't sat around waiting forever or getting forgotten about like in other salons. Will definitely be back
I am so unbelievably happy with my beautiful highlights and cut. Best I've come away with in all my years of having highlights. Sophie took so much care and patience to give me a natural beautifully tonal light colour and after telling her how I wear my hair made sure my cut was just right and she finished my hair off with stunning waves that made me feel so good. Thank you so much, definitely coming back to you Sophie.
I haven't been to such a great hair salon in as long as I can remember. Don't be fooled thinking it looks simple, it might compared to flashy city centre salons, but you won't get service like this anywhere else. I spent over 3 hours here today and felt like I was with old friends, they're bloody brilliant. My hair is incredible, I felt looked after and important and it was lovely to be in such a friendly chatty environment. Value for money is unreal. Absolute highest recommendation.
