   I met Julie at least 30 yrs ago at DRI hairdresser's. I then took my young son Thomas from age 1yrs who was a nightmare customer! I then followed Julie to Hairstudio along with my Mum and Sister. I then later met Kirsty. These 2 ladies are fabulous, warm. funny chatty and down to earth human beings and make you feel comfortable and able to ask hair advice etc Apart from being amazing stylists, colourists and give truthful hair advice, they are always genuinely interested in you as a person I have shared births, christenings, marriages, divorces and death with these 2 ladies and I have laughed, cried and chatted and gossiped in this salon. I have also enjoyed meeting other customers over the years. I look forward to visiting this salon for my hair and nails. If you want posh, no chat, no atmosphere then don't visit here. If you want excellent hair advice, amazing stylists, colourists, nails, chat gossip and a lively family friendly atmosphere then this is for you ! I get stressed at the thought of visiting another salon ( and I have compared others) I will be knocking on Julie and Kirstys door when I'm 80 !

   I have used this Salon since it first opened and the stylists are excellent. The atmosphere is fun, the salon is exceptionally clean and aesthetically pleasing to sit in. Julie and Kirsty go out of their way to make their customers feel welcome and I personally consider them as good friends as well as fantastic stylists. The prices are more than reasonable too! I would definitely recommend the Hair Studio to anyone.

   Excellent service. Had my hair done (they also offer a wide variety of other treatments other than hair) by Kirsty and she did an absolutely amazing job. She gave me realistic options rather than a point blank no like other places I have been. (Gone from dark,over processed hair to lighter) the conditon of my hair both immediately and now is a massive improvement that I wouldn't have got myself or elsewhere. Salon itself is beautiful. Very clean. Kirsty and Jess were both very friendly and welcoming which made the whole experience pleasant not like some other salons where you feel out of place or uncomfortable. Will return very soon and recommend to anyone and everyone that will listen to me.

   My first visit today and I will most definitely be going there again. The salon is spacious, airy (even on a hot day!) and has a comfortable feel to it. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. Chat flowed easily and Kirsty paid attention to exactly how I wanted my hair cut and did a great job. My review has taken into consideration the ambience, the service and quality of the haircut. How anyone can mark down a review because the shop front doesn't open (that size of window is not designed to open) is beyond me!
