Got my hair done from here and absolutely loved the end result, got exactly what I asked for. Staff is very welcoming and polite, would deffo recommend.
My hair was done by Trish, she was polite, had excellent customer service skills and advised me on the products to use for my hair. I didn’t feel rushed. She was gentle with my hair and asked me to change anything I didn’t like. I would def be coming back to get my hair done by her.
Booked in 3 heads which were quite intense and needed alot doing the booking was made last min, I can’t fault Rossa Massimo Hair salon Huddersfield, their attention to detail was second to none with a 5* service and quality of colour, we all came out as extremely happy customers.. Enya agreed to do our hair on a day the salon doesn’t even open & Jazz who booked us in was super accommodating as well as understanding, while also being very considerate of Enya the member of staff who would be working alone on us all, they were so helpful even gave us after care - checking in to see we were happy customers!! Get booking ladies you won’t be disappointed! I trusted Enya to do what she thought was best for my teenage daughter & she pulled it off beautifully can not fault the girl whilst being so young & working so hard with great customer service skills she remained professional throughout although she was under some pressure doing 3 Asian heads alone & this isn’t a easy task by far!!! After going to loads of hair dressers to lighten my hair. I finally found someone who would do it. My hair is so thick and dark. But Trish spent her time listening to want I wanted and looking at the pictures I showed her. She did an absolutely brilliant job. She was so caring and polite and took her time to ensure I was happy with the outcome. If you have thick asain hair you definitely need to try out Rosa Massimo.
Outstanding experience today having my hair coloured and styled. Trish is a real credit to this place and cant forget Enya. what stood out is the attention and care given throughout the visit. Highly recommended.
Becky really reassured me after I had had a previous bad experience with another hairdresser. A fantastic experience for which I can’t recommend Becky high enough! Been visiting this salon for years. Have been having my hair done from Trisha & Becky and its been spot on everytime. They are both professional and will be truthful if a colour change is possible on my hair. Overall happy with the service they provide :) P.s they give great hair tips too! x Thanks Ladies
I visited this place and had an appointment with the manager in the Huddersfield branch it was the most best experience I’ve ever had in a salon and she listened to what I wanted and did my hair better than imagined. I am so happy with the outcome. If you haven’t been here to get your hair done you definitely need to. The service is amazing and the hairstylists go above and beyond. 10/10.
