   I’ve been a client for the last 3 years and Jan’s flexibility and skill continue to amaze me. I recently just had a fringe cut and I was scared to have it done as it was different to my usual style but Jan was able to pull it off. He really does have an eye for what suits you best. He also recommends the best hair products and tools to maintain my hair. I don’t think I’ll ever leave!!

   I could not be more happier with the service I received today. Jan was amazing and took his time to do my balayage and his hard work paid off because the result was amazing! I had gone to 2 other salons prior to this and was let down by both, but after coming to studio 11, I know that this is my new permanent hairdresser. If any of you ladies are south asian then please book Jan because he knows how to work with our hair type. I guarantee you, you will not be disappointed!    I had my hair cut by Jan and I am really happy with the end result, he took the time to listen to what I wanted and my concerns about it not being too bulky and cut my hair with precision and to a level I could only describe as perfectionism, making sure that each part lined up, that every bit fell into place. I'm not one to try to set too much store in how I look but as someone who doesn't have alot of time to put into my appearance having a good hair cut can make or break your day to day confidence, this has made mine.

   Fantastic experience at Studio 11 hair salon. Jan did an amazing job with base colour, baby highlights and cut. This gentleman is a genius how he managed to transform my damaged naturally curly hair. I spent 3 hours in the salon and felt super comfortable. Very easy going atmosphere but super professional. All the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely recommend this salon and will not be going anywhere else. Jan is my forever hair dresser now.

   Absolutely outstanding service everytune! thankyou Paul for providing a bespoke and lovely service, my hair has always looked amazing whenever I get it done and I trust no one more than Paul! He's a miracle worker and especially because I have thick Asian hair, he's so good and knows how to work with it. Thankyou to Paul and the team for everything! 10/10 service everytime. Their services are always affordable and transparent, Paul has never ripped me off and has always outlined clearly how much he will charge. He is gentle with my hair and always manages to make my hair look beyond my expectations

   I had always found it a bit expensive but was happy with the results. Christmas haircut/style had a price of £59 but when I came to pay it cost me £73!!! My hair styling was a full head bleach (only got short hair), low lights, washes in between treatments, cut & style hair, blow dry. Apparently the extra £14 was to have a style & blow dry. I’m definitely not going there again as I feel completely ripped off. I even showed them the card with price written on but it was ignored.

   Went today for the first time, popped in at 5 on the of chance they would be open as I just wanted a quick haircut/trim. Paul was lovely and smiley, really friendly and nice to talk to. He made sure I was happy with what the end result would be before we started. He straightened, cut and styled my hair. I was more than happy with the result it looked amazing. It took around 30 - 40 minutes which was great too. He is very professional guy and I would 100% be back. Its really reasonably priced at 15 pounds for everything Paul did. Thank you so much.
