   I changed my nominated pharmacy to Boots after constant changes in the brand of my prescription at two different pharmacies. Boots use their own brand so there should hopefully be some consistency. Very nice friendly and helpful staff. Much easier going into town now Tameside has finally made the first two hours of parking free.

   The staff could not be bothered to serve clients and just stood around discussing their social lives. When I finally managed to get served the lady didn't know the products, was as unhelpful as possible and frankly downright rude Boots, it's no wonder people don't shop in your stores anymore. You used to be regarded with respect and now people avoid buying things from you. It's so shortsighted of you.

   Takes up to a week to put together a prescription. Then when they have finally done it, it sits there for a day and then they send a text informing you it’s done, usually 10 minutes before closing so you have to wait until the next day to collect.

   Waited with my 79 year old mum yesterday while she went for my dads prescription. Never seen staff so rude , barely looked up from what they were doing , very sharp and rude how they spoke to her , also spoke to another elderly lady like she was stupid!!! I was absolutely disgusted especially as my mum told me they are always like that . Will definitely be changing pharmacies, she should never be treated like that .

   This is quite a small Boots store, but the benefit of this one is they have more time to talk to customers- and when it comes to prescriptions and how older people need a bit more reassurance then this is a good place to be.

1. Human McBeing ★☆☆☆☆

   Disgusted at the attitude of the women in there today. Gaslighting a man because he cannot wear a mask by telling him about a dead colleague from covid...in front of elderly customers who were obviously frightened. They take forever to put together prescription's anyway so not too sad to be leaving their pharmay. Customer service training needed and less attitude from these hysterical oversharing people.
