Most of the times I've visited there been issues with the prescription. Either something out of stock, prescription delays/not received or a long wait to have it ready or looking for it.
used be great but recently the service is shocking. when you order your prescription and go 3 days later to collect you would expect it to be ready.
I had an ear infection. Doctor prescribed me antibiotics but the pharmacy let me down twice in two days not able to give the medication said their system is down not able to help. I’m in pain they are not bothered. Absolutely ridiculous!
Lady on the till was very rude. I had to tell her to allow me to finish before she try’s and shuts me down. Won’t be getting my meds from here again. Disappointed and disgusted with the way she treated me. Didn’t have a name badge on so didn’t get her name, she did have a headscarf on though
Never had a complete prescription. Had to return numerous times. One time was given someone else’s medication Latest trip , prescription not ready after being put in ten days earlier told I should phone to remind them. Would be helpful if they answered the phone. Items still missing waiting for order coming in. So, another trip to pick up. Waist of time. Looking for another pharmacy
Very poor pharmacy, customer service non existence particularly with couple of staff. Alls waiting for someone to greet you, staff busy talking with themselves. Waited 10 minutes before some came over, didn't have decency to say prescription not ready, until i asked. Absolutely rubbish pharmacy.
