Having run out of a medication over the Christmas period I ordered an emergency prescription via 111 which I could pick up from Disley. I arrived to find the prescription already waiting for me and really helpful staff. Delighted, and on Boxing Day. Many thanks.
Excellent staff and Pharmacist including delivery driver to customers with drugs. They go the extra mile and are polite friendly and very knowledgeable.
Staff in there are always very pleasant, the pharmacist is really helpful and knowledgeable too.
Sometimes it does take a minute for a member of staff to come to the counter but I think that's mainly because they're chronically understaffed and oversubscribed, if you know what I mean. But they are always helpful and friendly - and apologetic if they don't have what you need. Lovely bunch of women ❤️

Due to a mix up, Well Disley hadn't received a prescription from the doctors. Two lovely ladies arranged for the prescription to be picked up and then they hand delivered the medication as well - fantastic service, above and beyond the call of duty, thank you ever so much!
So glad this is my local pharmacy. The Pharmacist is so lovely and helpful, always taking time to answer questions and going out of his way to make sure you have the medication that is right for you.
Always help me out if I'm silly enough to leave my prescription to the last minute, and are polite enough to laugh at my jokes when they're frequently unfunny. Special offers usually available, last minute gifts, and you never feel awkward asking for all things female.
Always make me feel comfortable. Friendly staff, polite and seem to care. Also, I always call for my repeat prescription and they ALWAYS answer the phone during opening hours.
