The pharmacist and team are lovely. They're always busy but polite and courteous and willing to help. If you have a question or an issue they will do whatever they can to assist. Thank you guys, as someone who is medicated consistently you take the stress out of this process even when you're busy.

I always get ignored and have to shout to get noticed ... I appreciate how busy the staff are but just a "Hi! Won't be a minute . . " would make things so much pleasant. I only use Well Pharmacy for the convenience of it being close to my home. Apologies for the negative feedback, a couple of the ladies are fantastic . . . Really bubbly and polite .. the others could do with some basic lessons in etiquette and customer service. Best wishes, Pete.

Great pharmacy, always willing to help. Never waited long for collecting prescriptions.

Booked a flu jab. Turned up for appointment to find there was no-one there who could administer them. Re-booked for two weeks later, turned up and this time they had no vaccines in the fridge. Cancelled and refunded. Rubbish!

Too slow, no text to let you know prescription is ready on repeats, takes more than 48hrs to to make up prescription you can go in after 72hrs and you have to wait another 20mins for meds to be made up . Closes at random times at lunch this chemist needs a good shake up.

They used to be very good. Friendly and efficient. Nowadays, they don’t text when repeat prescriptions are ready. You have to keep calling in and hoping for the best. Take the order with you because they don’t give you everything, just drips and drabs. They close at odd times due to staff shortages with homemade signs taped up on the door. It took me two weeks to get insulin and diabetic needles. Worrying.

There really should be an option for no stars! I called in on Friday on my way to Asda and dropped in my prescription I asked if they could do it and I would call back in 30 minutes they are painfully slow at the best of times. On my return I was behind three customers then when it was my turn I was told it had been forgotten. CLASS EXCUSE! I have not had time! UMMMMMMMM! Try putting in a basket so customers are served in order! However my wife’s prescription was ready if fact they had duplicated it! Apology !! NOT A CHANCE! My fault for bothering them! They certainly need to buck up their performance and attitude. My advice steer well clear..
