   I order most of my prescriptions online but I do use this pharmacy sporadically for urgent needs. I won't be anymore however due to them refusing to offer me medication advice during a horrible bout of COVID. Using the excuse they didn't know my current medication despite me offering to tell them. They've never refused to offer advice when I've been in store with credit card in hand. Clearly have no concern for helping patients and only concerned with making money. I will be raising a concern with GPC.

   Update I went back to this chemist and it’s useless staff and yet again new story time this time it was We can’t serve you as the chemist is t capacity and refused to serve me what utter nonsense a public high street chemist telling customers they at capacity and refused to serve me with only one other person in the shop all staff here need some real training all reported again but like last time zero lessons learnt from the same pharmacist and staff yet again This pharmacist Sheherzad Salman at this branch needs some serious retraining, lessons in helping customers and understanding basic rules of what each different colour of prescriptions are for 4 times now the exact same pharmacist makes up her own rules, makes up her own times what times, makes up her own rules that Green prescription that you can go and collect anytime as long as it’s dated and signed can’t be issued for her own made up reason, refusing a basic over the counter medication for yet more made up reason, lying to my face then telling the person that wrote the prescription that she didn’t have it stock but lied to my face that she can’t issue it me as it’s not dated right when it was all correct lol causing me to then run around like a idiot to be told she just lied to you by the person that rang her so one story for me one for the other person this a repeating theme with this pharmacist, oh the day of a funeral she refused to issue my prescription for absolutely no reason, then the next time on my birthday the made up we can’t issue prescriptions until 10am when the chemist is empty 3 staff stood about doing nothing and open from 9am. So made up rules, not knowing or even checking on multiple occasions can I actually take that medication, I can 4 others have sold it mr no problem and as I would of expected from her check the book out back if I can but noooooo she makes up her own rule not bothering to actually check oh no that would mean helping someone. How is she even a pharmacist really mistake after mistake made up rule after made up rule and it’s only that one pharmacist some serious retraining is in need!!

   Spent £10.39 on nurofen plus to get home to see the seal is re-stuck down and the box has two empty packets and 5 Pokémon cards in… Woman on the phone said it’s not possible I bought it from there, massive scam! Either your staff or robbing from you or your scamming customers.

   They never, ever answer the phone. Sometimes try to call to request them to get my meds ready due to going by taxi and not wanting to keep taxi waiting outside. 9 times out of 10 I cannot get through. The reason I have to ring to begin with is I'm often kept waiting for ages, regardless of whether there are other customers there or not!

   Every time I come here, you're waiting ages for someone to even greet you. Then once you hand in your prescription, you're just left dangling at a loose end. No waiting time given or even an acknowledgement to say they have the medication in and can sort it. If it wasn't so convenient for me, I wouldn't choose to come here. Poor customer service.

   Tried to by painkillers as my prescription was being processed. Couldnt get served 3 times because the pharmacist was out. The 4th time they refused me because i'd been buying them all week? How can you be accused of buying them when you didnt actually purchase any. Obviously jobsworths reading off a script without the intelligence to see when they are wrong. Absolutely abysmal. Wouldnt mind but my arm was in a sling with obvious genuine need. I warn everyone to avoid.
