   Visited today to get some antibiotic eye drops as I knew what the problem was. Brilliant service and the pharmacist knew exactly what to give me, however, my only problem with the place is that I was the only customer and the pharmacist left me waiting whilst he sorted other stuff out for a good ten minutes, when he could have just served me in the thirty seconds it took him and then gone back to his business. Note to pharmacist - put your customers first.

   Dreadful, it seems it's down to the pharmacists discretion whether you can be vaccinated, even though you're told by a consultant at the hospital that you should be.

   The service is a bit up and down and find there behind to complete prescriptions. On days off if prescription not ready have to wait another 5 days to get in, not ideal and doesn't open on a Saturday. No good for me just changed chemist

   Well Pharmacy's service can be quite disappointing at times. Long wait times, disorganized staff, and frequent delays in fulfilling prescriptions make the experience frustrating. Communication between the pharmacy and customers is often lacking, leading to confusion and inconvenience.

   I phoned to ask about my repeat prescription as I usually receive a text message to collect the medicines. The lady on phone said we do not do repeat order for customer. She said they had stopped doing this from last six month. Nobody bothered to tell me on my last visit this information. I got no medicine and she advised to wait for a week or go to doctor. She also advised to change your pharmacy if you not happy with the service. What an amazing custome service. I took their advice and changed my pharmacy.

   The incompetence at this chemist is impressive. Ordered items 10 days before trying to pick them up, even put an emphasis on needing the medication, as withdrawal symptoms kick in quickly. Not even ordered, then they ask me to go to the doctors for the prescription they forgot to order. Do your job properly, it’s not difficult. 4 attempts it took to get the medication.

   Absolutely awful customer service. I called the pharmacy tonight to ask why my repeat prescription had not been ordered. I would normally just get a text to say my prescription was ready, this was the case for the past 1.5 years. The lady on the telephone tried to question me as if I was looking for extra meds, as I tried to explain to her what the past situation I had encountered, up until the last 2 months I hadn’t received a message. She was asking questions, as if I was some sort of drug users and made me feel terrible and belittled. While all this was happening on my commute home from work on the train. I asked the lady for her name and she refused to tell me her name. I will be making a formal complaint with the head office, as I do not want people to experience what I have just encountered- as I suffer from a anxiety disorder.

   This pharmacy is clean and organised. The staff there are professional and efficient. Elizabeth the pharmacist is happy to take the time out if you have any problems or questions. She is reassuring that nothing is a problem. Tom the front man clearly makes sure everything runs smoothly. I can say the same about him. Both polite and professional. He too will take the time needed.

   Went to this pharmacy for my annual flu jab. The young lady who did the vaccination was super nice and very competent. She explained everything really clearly. I was a little bit worried before I went because I usually have my vaccination at the GPs but I was struggling to get an appointment so decided to book in at the pharmacy instead. I needn't have worried I felt really safe.
