Lucy is fabulous! I love having my hair done here with her. I always come out feeling great about myself and my hair is looking amazing.
An extremely traumatising experience. I usually have very good experiences with hairdressers in keighley and thought I'd go to liberty for a change, having seeing the good reviews. Unfortunately I will never go there again! I ended up waiting 20mins after my appointed time, the older women dealing with my hair got my name wrong twice, and she was overly aggressive with my hair. I understand they had two other people getting their hair done but she did not have to rush and yank all my hair off as she was doing layers. She was creating knots in my hair and continuing to aggressively comb through them with one hand without even sectioning off the hair, it hurt so much and despite wincing many times throughout she did not stop being so violent. I honestly cannot describe this in as much detail but it was horrible! A hair appointment should be a relaxing and calm experience, and I did not feel this way at all. When she was finished my head was burning and I had a very bad headache throughout the evening. What should've been a treat to myself was the worst experience I have ever had at a hairdresser and I would not wish this on anyone! If I could give this experience a zero I would!

I could not recommend this salon or Luci enough! Absolutely incredible service. Luci is friendly, efficient and happy to go above and beyond to achieve the exact style you want. Luci has done my families hair for years and came highly recommended her so when she did my hair - I was not disappointed! I have never felt so confident with my cut and colour and wouldn’t be able to go anywhere else now as it would be very difficult for someone to achieve the incredible high standards that Luci attains!
I have been coming here since 2014, I moved back up North from London and was extremely pleased with my hair when I had a colour and cut the first time I went to the salon, lovely staff, child friendly and other services under one roof!!! Lashes, and nails excellent too!! I would say they are just as good as the London salons even better, really creative on trend and very good value. I would very much miss this place if I moved back.
