   I took my elderly mum to the Bromley branch yesterday. She was so despondent when we arrived after yet another disappointing visit to another established, well known high street shoe shop. The moment we stepped inside the door, all her shoe shopping woes disappeared! We were greeted by such a lovely lady who immediately understood my Mum’s difficulties and knew what she needed. The lady was so patient, kind and knowledgeable and we cannot thank her enough for her help (I wished I had asked her name now!) We left with shoes, sandals and slippers, all at a very reasonable price. There was also a lot of choice, which made a very pleasant change. We will definitely be going there again.

   So, apparently they do not issue refunds in store. Despite the lovely service this store provides, this literally ruined the entire experience. How can one buy an item in store but has to request for a refund online?? To make matters, to call up the main office and everyone you speak to are either shocked or surprised by such news. Refunds are issued in their stores! Some sort of disconnect!!!

   I took my cousin who 80 years old to your Bromley branch yesterday to have his feet and leg assessed, it was on my recommendation as I have had good service from another of your branches in the past helped me. Just to say we were met by a delightful ,friendly, professional lady called V who took care of my cousin and provided him with suitable insoles and knee support, he was walking much better even though he uses a stick. I can't thank this lady enough .for all her advice ,exercises etc..I would recommend anyone who needs foot or leg assessment to visit your shop,my cousin was also impressed. Thank you.

   Great experience. The manager Laurna and new employee V are very helpful and informative. They are passionate about thier job and offer great customer service. I got the foot scan and got a pair of custom soles made. They do blue light discount!

   Very helpful and most importantly honest staff, they are very attentive at their jobs and from what I have seen always take the time to look after all the different needs of the customers. I purchased a pair of tailored insoles, joya trainers and have had a podiatry treatments twice now by Gregg (who is just an amazing human being) and have left everytime with a cheek to cheek smile.    First visit to this company. Very disappointed, the Podiatrist was an agency worker who was very nice. However the whole set up was dreadful, room and equipment not professional. Will not be returning.
